RAMCO Protective interview questions

There was no interview other than the receptionist calling a site and letting them know there was another warm body for them. Arrived at the site and was told what position was open and if I wanted it.

You go to the office in Altamonte Springs and fill out the paperwork. You're pretty much hired if you have a D licence. There was no actual interview in the office and I didn't make it past the reception area before I was hired. Picked up my uniform there and started immediately. I gave a negative review because I think there should be a more in depth interview before hiring. I've trained several new S/Os who were just dumb and it makes the rest of the S/Os on the post look dumb.
