Applied online for Junior Tester, first interview was telephone (20 mins), after a week 2nd Interview was in person (10 mins).
During the personal interview, the hiring manager said, yes we have some very bad reviews and are working on it.
During personal intreview I was informed that you would receive feedback within a week.
After a week tried to call Qualitest HR to get some feedback, but HR avoids phone calls and does not provide any feedback or any other type of communication.

We are striving to improve - and we have begun to do this by adding three new recruiters and a recruiting manager to our team in 2015. We will continue to make improvements in order to ensure that the recruiting/hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently.

I applied online and received a phone screen interview just a few days later. The interviewer was really friendly and upbeat. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I didn't make it to the next stage of the interview process.

Interview
Had a phone interview scheduled for Friday after receiving an email on Monday. After the phone interview I was invited for an in-person interview at their office the following Monday. In total the process took about a week.
