Interview
The process started with a test conducted by HirePro. It consisted of a combination of technical questions as well as aptitude.
Shortlisted candidates were interviewed. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The first technical round was fairly basic, and lasted for 20 minutes. The second technical round however, was exhaustive and lasted for around 50 minutes. Finally, the HR round was more like a friendly conversation, which lasted for about 30 minutes.
Candidates were eliminated at the end of every interview.
