I applied online then a week or two later got an email to schedule and interview at the sf office. It was a small staff but every friendly. Then a week later got another email for a second interview on the phone.

They had an intern open house where all the interns came in to learn more about the company and then have 10 minute interviews with their department. Lots of people.

The interview went in depth into my resume, you can tell that they spent time reviewing all of their candidates. The questions asked were typical interview questions, nothing to throw you off. Confidence was key and be ready to talk about your past experience.
