Waste of time. 4 rounds. Cleared all the rounds and they send me a confirmation mail that I got selected but due to the fact that Hiring Manager is on travel, they are not able to contact him and get the offer release approval from him for 3 weeks.Lamest excuse I ever heard. I think Hiring manager travelled in malaysia flight 370. I should have followed glass door reviews before attending the interview instead wasting my time. Able to see few people already made a review mentioning the same. Clear the interview process and no offer release. They behave like a world class organization, but ends up with funny excuses.

1 level tech interview where they asked questions about my core technologies.
2nd level managerial interview where they asked about my projects. Only this 2 round of interview had been conducted for experienced job interview.

Interview Panel is too judgy and they dont know how to respect the candidate. They judge you on based on syntax that you have written not on concepts.
They took interview like they dont want any other person to be selected in their company and they wanna rule there.
I think they have done special course to fail the candidates in interviews.

Interview process was smooth and responsive HRs , 3 rounds in total , 2 technical checked the basic knowledge of Java and the project experience by asking structure and flow and 1 managerial and then HR. Got selected and within two days got offer.
