Multiple in person interviews with no clear indication on what the job would actual entail. Interview projects and odd assignments were featured in multiple interviews. Not until Interview 4 was I told that I would be starting off doing Life Insurance cold calls looking for leads for 6-9 months while I was "trained".

Question 1
How many people can you write down on a sheet of paper right now that would listen to you for 5 minutes?

Interview process was pretty simple, Hirevue, into scheduled interview with multiple individuals that were a part of the Finance team. Everyone did a good job of making me feel comfortable and asking questions that were expected of me.
hirevue + multiple interviews with execs. somewhat a difficult process but very typical in terms of interview processes that are happening today, hirevue simple, but the time they give you to complete is semi short
