I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Jun 2010
Interview
Four sets of two interviewers over a two-hour period. The interviewers came from mixed levels, low to high. They come from different yet associated work-areas. Some of the interviews spend the whole time talking about the company, their area, the benefits of working there. Some ask you "got ya" or tricky brain-teaser questions (don't worry, just be confident in yourself the whole time). The culture seemed relaxed overall with an occasional sprinkle of arrogance. The pay is very low compared to the New York equivalents, though.
