Met with an agency first, then the hiring manager, then a case study, then a peer, then a panel. Seemed excessive. The case study is to source 40 candidates for a current opening of theirs. Overall, I felt there was lack of transparency about the role itself and most interviewers I met with weren’t able to answer my questions.
