Great interview with your immediate boss and also the upper management assessment, after 3 days was called for salary negotiation and afterward was given an offer, the package was very good but the company was quite small and trying to grow after taking it over from former managment

Interview
I was interviewed in the same day by three people including a Vice President of Operations, a Project Manager and Human Resources. The decision was taken after a month and I received the call with the job offer.

Interview
My first interview occurred over phone by recruiter to screen if I know the area and operation of equipment like hydro cyclones, flotation cells etc. Once, I crossed that barrier, I had one to one interview with the process engineer, engineering manager and human resources. The interview was very detailed with respect to the produced water treatment technologies and personal traits.
