      Customer Service Associate Interview

      2 Apr 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Prose (New York, NY) in Feb 2021

      Interview

I applied and then a month later was asked for a phone screening. I then had to submit examples of customer service email responses. I then had a much more detailed interview with three separate people. The whole interview was about 90 minutes. Very nice team and easy to talk to. Unfortunately I was not offered the position, probably because my past experience wasn’t quite related to customer service for products. I was a little disappointed that the rejection email felt like a copy and paste template, rather than a more personalized message, but I also understand they have a high volume of applicants. I was expecting a more personal sounding email since I seemed to get pretty far into the process. But overall, very nice team and great sounding benefits package.
