Promolta interview questions

I declined to attend the interview. Some person from their recruitment team pestered and badgered me on LinkedIn, got my phone number from somewhere and kept calling me for days asking me to meet the founders. She refused to even tell me what business the company was into, saying meet our CEO he'll explain it to you. To get her off my back, I said fine, I can speak to the founder / CEO on phone if he is that interested. This CEO then emails me with no further information on the company or the role or anything, and asks me to come meet him at his office at 8:30PM on a weekday. I never went to meet them because this sounded quite dubious. Any startup that refuses to be clear about its business with potential recruits - especially manager / senior level - isn't worth working for. This came across as extremely sketchy and shady, not to mention downright unprofessional. Avoid working here .

A recruiter reached out to me on linked saying one of the founders wanted to speak to me. I had never heard of Promolta prior to this but am looking to join a fast paced start up with a growing team in a huge market so I took the opportunity to learn more. The recruiter scheduled me for a call with the Founder/COO. I was really impressed with her background and it seemed like a promising opportunity….
