STAR system is not how i would hire my employees but nonetheless the recruiter was very pleasant and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and the response time was great. Although i didnt get the job I am scheduled for another phone interview for another position. Fingers crossed!!! The recruiter even suggested that I apply for another title based on my skills. Overall lovely lady, great experience with her! The STAR system is really more like a storytelling process about past experiences. This is where all those high school essays come into play!!

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
