The interview process consisted of meeting with the hiring manager on site. She spent time explaining all the job openings that they had available and talked to you about your background and what you were looking for and then helped you decide which position might be the best fit for you. It was a laid back interview process where you didn't feel like you were being grilled with tough to answer questions.
