The interview process was one of the most efficient and productive interviews I have ever experienced. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. One call with the hiring manager, one on site interview with 5 people involved with the Finance sector and the last call with the hiring manager. All of the interviewers seemed to easily articulate the desired experiences they would want their stock plan administrator to possess, they also seemed to express how much they loved their company and wanted to protect the culture of Procore. Most importantly, the interview was more about cultural fit and openness/transparency than technical skills. This was very important to me because you can learn/teach a process but you can not teach people how to be a nice and fair person. I was very impressed with the way in which the interview was organized and executed.
