They really take the time to get to know you, see why you want to work for them, and make sure you are comfortable. It’s a comfortable environment and the conversation flows easily!
Laid Back. Standard questions. Peer interviews for final selctions. Very comfortable process. Easy going screening process with HR prior to leader interview process. Can take 2-3 weeks to move along to final interviews.
Great environment and work ethics, very professional, welcoming staff. Makes you feel like you are truly a part of the team. I have all the support I need to practice.
Interview with HR first that asked character related questions. Then interviewed with the hiring managers in a relaxed setting just getting to know each other. They made me feel comfortable and it was easy to talk to them about my background and the job
