I applied online. I interviewed at Private Medical (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
The job description posted was not what they were hiring for. They responded to my application and scheduled a phone interview during the interview was told the job has changed to more advanced level. They wasted my time.

Question 1
Was I still interested in the position after they change the description?
VERY lengthy. Completed a total of 7 interviews including phone screen with recruiter. Got to final stages just to be rejected by a generic email, they didn’t even offer any feedback. Honestly a very time consuming and difficult process for a medical records position. People are nice enough though and the questions aren’t hard. They basically asked the same questions each round.

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Private Medical (Santa Monica, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly structured. I first met with the recruiter who then submitted my resume and her notes to the founder and CEO. I scheduled a virtual meeting with the CEO where I later advanced to meet with a panel of key executives. I was given a project to present to the panel followed by Q&A. I spent about 35 hours preparing the slides and prepping for the presentation and panel interview.

Question 1
I enjoyed interacting with everyone I interviewed with, especially the founder and CEO, and I felt the process was quite fair given the nature of their service for HNW and UHNW individuals. I was asked if I had direct experience working for companies who service Family Offices or HNW / UHNW individuals.
