If they like your CV, you get an email to set up and interview and the first one only takes 10 mins. The second one is a more in-depth of the values and inner workings of the company and yourself.

I received an email shortly after applying asking me to call and arrange an interview. The person I spoke to was really nice and expressed a lot of interest in me and my future ambitions which was great. She spoke a lot about the company's values and how much they value their employees. I immediately wanted to work there and become part of their team. I then had a brief call with another member of the recruitment team who was also really great. I got to the final stage of the recruitment process which was a long interview where I eventually found out that the job is 100% commission-based door-to-door sales. The job ad and the two people I spoke to made it seem like a great position and a fantastic place to work where, in fact, you don't actually get to work as part of a team at all. I thought it all seemed like a bit of a waste of time, only to find out that the job is not 'Customer Service Advisor' at all. But everyone was really nice and friendly throughout the process. I guess it's all a sales tactic though.
