The branch manager was nice was the job is A LOT! There is a lot of walking and a lot of embarrassment. They also throw you into a pit of snakes by making you speak with customers with zero training.

I was first Contacted by recruiter. I then had two phone interviews (one with recruiter and one with hiring manager). Then there was an in person interview, a field ride, and a final interview. Lengthy process that also included an email questionnaire. Management made it a point to emphasize that you dictate how much money they make.
