I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prelude Services (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2023
Interview
7min phone call to gauge candidates. Didn't allow for questions, and didn't seem interested in any information I was providing. Overall weird and discouraging. It's always nice to rule out employers off a first interview though. Definitely wouldn't consider working here any time soon.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Prelude Services (Mechanicsburg, PA) in Oct 2017
Interview
In house interview was conducted by supervisor/manager of that department and determination was based off results of test, interview, and team opinion of employee that was interviewed and skills demonstrated to the supervisor
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prelude Services (Long Beach, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. It was all done remotely. There was a "pre" interview call with HR. Once that was complete there was a phone interview with the hiring manager. The next step (because this was all done remotely) was a video interview/screen share aptitude assessment with the hiring manager, client account manager and IT director. The last step was a final HR phone interview. The whole process took about 3 weeks to accommodate schedules.
