Precision Development Research and Operations Associate interview questions

Applied online. Got an invite for an interview call with the Research Manager. I was asked to prepare and refresh my conceptual knowledge on impact evaluations and was even given material for the same. The interview was well paced and not intimidating. I was asked about my previous experience, and was given a technical case study prompt and was asked questions on the same. After the interview, the second step was a stata test to be submitted in 24 hours. The test was not very difficult and just tested basic data cleaning and analytical skills. The next step was an interview call with the project lead and involved more behavioral and situational questions.
