Interview
Had an initial interview with an internal recruiter that went really well. Moved on to round 1 interviews which was actually 2 interviews because the panel was 6 people but they split it to limit the number of people on a zoom call. Both of those were pretty similar, but went well (I thought). I was hopeful, but that second interview was on November 17 (23 days ago), with no responses to either of my follow up emails.

Interview
Screening with a recruiter then interview with the hiring manager and the hiring managers boss. I ended up getting declined from the first division so I went back for another screening with the recruiter and then she had me interview with a different team where I ended up getting my offer. They also made me complete this really difficult online test. I wish they would remove that step.
