Interview
I was called by the recruiter after only a couple days after applying. After the interview I was ask to complete a 3 question writing assignment which needed to be submitted after 48hrs. After submission, I sent two emails to follow up about the process. I got no response or reply. I would not waste my time at this company.

Interview
Received an email to complete a writing exercise for a role with a request to complete within 2 days. Once submitted I received an email stating the role had been filled. Before asking a candidate to complete work, please be aware of where you are with other candidates so you're respectful of everyone's time. It was really disheartening to spend on that time only to be told you had already found someone.

Efficient, very interested in the individual and finding a cultural fit. Looking for people with passion for digital health and alignment with company vision. Appreciated the open dialogue during the interview process.
