Very poorly organized. It seemed like the interview went well, I went through 4 stages of interviewing only to find out that I was rejected because I "did not have enough experience" However, if I do not have the necessary experience based on my resume, why take me through all the loops? Did you not go over my resume to see that I don't meet your requirements before wasting a lot of time?
The interview itself was not hard and was fairly trivial.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Plotly (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2024

Question 1
It was pretty perfunctory, run-of-the-mill type stuff. Not a lot of focus on metrics or difficult questions.
Multiple interviews, then there was a one hour coding exam for Dash. Did not necessarily expect you to know Dash, so questions were mostly general coding questions. Ghosted after the exam.
