Awful experience, I had the first step with the talent team second one with the manager and I progressed to another one with the internal team. The day after I was asked to do a second step, overall the communication was very clear with good direction.
After the third step they ghosted me, no email no formal rejection. I was called after another week for another role with them saying that one the interviewers recommended me. When I joined the call the hiring manager didn't even know that I was recommended. I was ghosted after that step.
The role I originally applied for is still advertised, one of the worst experience ever had of handling candidates
