Interview
Applied online. Few weeks later a recruiter followed up with me about a phone interview with her. Afterward, I was invited for an onsite interview to meet with 4 team members (30 min each), including a sourcing session. Felt good about the interviews overall. My recruiter told me she'd be in touch the next day about a decision. A week later I followed up to inquire about an update. Recruiter apologized for the delay, and mentioned they would not be moving forward with me over email.
Everything was good until the end of the process. I would've appreciated receiving a call with feedback, especially after an onsite interview. The recruiter could've took better initiative to follow up and uphold the timeline she mentioned. So up until the end negatively affected my candidate experience.

Question 1
Q: What is the most ideal hiring manager to partner with?
It was 3 stages but feedback process is slow. The interviewers were calm and took me through the process smoothly. The overall interview process was just there. Nothing exceptional from other interviews.

Interview
Great! It was such an easy and thorough process! Streamlined and seamless. I would do it all over again because I really enjoyed speaking with folks from the Recruiting Department.
