1 Telephone interview with EMEA Sales head, this was on time and went very well. Discussed all the usual backgrounds and experience and at the end the feedback was that this had been good. Next interview was scheduled for an hour later with an existing Solutions Architect, they did not ring or contact me and after 4 days of chasing I was told that I was "Too much on the Services side of things" having been on federal commissions for identity management I would challenge anyone to have more business exposure to identity management, who could actually do a pre sales/Architect role as well. All in all very disappointed in the short sightedness of this company and the manner with which they acted regarding the second phone interview.
