Quick but minimal email back and forth to understand where you are in the process. I would say 5/10 difficulty until the final round. Project I had to do was a bit silly as their was no context
I applied through university. I interviewed at Pilothouse (Vancouver, BC) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly long but very straightforward and well structured. Each stage was clearly explained in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional throughout. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, and I appreciated how transparent they were about expectations and next steps.

Question 1
They asked about my previous experience managing projects and working cross-functionally with different teams, as well as how I approach problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
HR from this company found my personal portfolio online and reached out to me for an interview. The interview felt casual with Jennifer, just like a "get to know you" type of video call.

Question 1
The job was remote, but they expected that I remain within Canada and be available to visit the office at least once per month.
