The interview process was easy and hiring process was easy as well. It doesn’t take long. Questions were fairly easy as well. The hiring manager Just asked about my experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Piedmont National (Birmingham, AL) in May 2015
Interview
Was a very well arranged process. Meet with all of the key management. Meet the owners son. Then his son . Then the regional manager. Then the local sales manager.
Weird and Unprofessional - The CEO is STRANGE - take that as a RED FLAG - RUN the other way like I did. This strangeness of the CEO will bleed through to the product line and affect customers. I could tell that all he cares about is his own profits - it is not about the customers or the employees. If you work here you have to be willing to turn a blind eye to the customer. I could go on - keep your ears open to red flags in the interview process and be true to yourself.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were ODD and all about irrelevant details. Again this raised some red flags in my mind. If the CEO is busy worrying about petty details - who's developing the 'vision' for the company? Who's running the company?
