First interview is with a talent acquisition recruiter via phone. Then the next step in interview process is with direct department head via Zoom video or in person. Final interview is with executive team members in person.

The interview process was highly extensive yet somewhat informal and unorganized. After investing hours and days of effort, there was no follow-up—not even a phone call—resulting in a complete waste of time.
