5 behavioral questions based on the "pepsico way". Have stories planned that showcase integrity, adaptability, being a team player, prioritization, and leadership. Very conversational and casual interview environment. Have some questions prepared for the end.

Question 1
"Tell me a time you had to demonstrate leadership in a prior role?"
Pretty simple process. I had 2 rounds, one was a behavioral interview with around 5 questions. The second was a meeting with the hiring manager that was very relaxed. Overall, it was smooth and they got back to me pretty quickly.
There was a informational session before first interview, outlined the process. The interviewer only asked behavioral questions. There was only 1 interview for the entire process. Overall, it was super simple.
One interview that is a screening and is very quick and to the point. I would suggest going to all the events that happen before then to make sure you have the best shot though.
