This was many years ago so it may be different now. I applied on LinkedIn and did my first round of interviews virtually. I believe there would have been a second round, but I did not make it.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker. How did you handle it?

Interview
First there was a Phone screen with the recruiter discussing the role. Then, a zoom call with hiring team that was about 1 hour. Finally, a quick 1:1 with the HR manager to go over anything remaining
Very easy, not tech q's. phone interview, followed by assessment centre. technical interview, asked about the company, the role, how I work in team, how I problem solve. finally, question on distillation column, paper, mills, separation, reaction.
