The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo in Oct 2009
Interview
Was notified several days after I applied. There were two interviewers who were friendly. The questions were quite standard as well (tell me about yourself etc.), mostly behavioural. The whole process itself was supposed to be challenging since this is just the first step from the 3 or 4 step process.
Folks were kind enough during the interview. Standard questions, no surprises. Definitely need to know the exact names of products if referencing anything, saying you like blue Gatorade blue might annoy some there.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Submitted resume through campus career fair. Moved on to 20 minute on campus behavioral interview with HR rep. Did not make it to second round. Interview wanted STARS method of response.

I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Gainesville, FL) in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied through my university and was selected that week for an interview. I went into the interview in a large room with many other candidates being interviewed and had two interviewers. I was asked a series of behavioral questions and the interviewers were one experienced employee and one previous intern. Very friendly throughout the process, but I felt that the position wasn't right for me.
