I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Applied on company site and received a text message from a TA about a week later to set up an interview. The interview was over video conference and lasted about an hour. The interview was professional but not intimidating. She asked questions from a company script and then thoroughly explained the job and what the next steps would be if hired.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were tasked with something that needed to be done quickly that you had never done before.
It was a very typical interview process. I interviewed with 3 separate individuals who all asked the majority of situational questions where the interviewee was to share examples of: an issue or client/customer question, my response and how it was handled or resolved and the client's response.
Interview with manager and possibly other manager/directors then once hired there are 2 test to take to see if you retained learning the job and must get 80% hire or you are let go.

Question 1
What do you do when you have a deadline and it’s not going to be met?
Interview was quick and easy. Two interviews and that was it. I was then offered the job. I’m not sure what else to say but I need 30 words minimum. It was very nice.
