The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom in Jan 2019
Interview
I completed two phone interviews and a Skype interview. I read about very similar experiences here on Glassdoor, so I wasn’t shocked when I was waiting for an interview and then finally received a call postponing one of the interviews.
Also after completing three interviews, I called multiple times and sent an email after missing a call from them while at work to follow up and I never heard back.
I personally think it is disappointing there was a lack of communication and lack respect for my time, especially since I work full time and had to take time off. Just let me know I didn’t get the position. Even a email would’ve sufficed.

Long process and have to set meetings in front of a manager on the phone. They have you come into the office and make cold calls without knowing the product at all.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (Washington, DC) in Jul 2024
Interview
Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
At Paycom, we take pride in providing professional and transparent interview experiences for all of our candidates. Your review does not align with these standards, and we’d like the opportunity to learn more. Please reach out to hrmgmt@paycomonline.com and someone from our team will be in touch.
Interview was easy but something didn’t feel right so I declined the offer. They seemed to salesy to me, almost like trying to get me to accept on the dot.
