Started with a basic phone interview. Then I was asked to come in for a interview with HR. While I was there I was given a skills test. Then I was sent on sit for a panel interview and another skills test. During part of this skills test I was ask to manual read several CBC's, using a very old broken microscope.

Interview
After a brief phone screening process, there was a phone interview with HR then interview on site with lab supervisor and some tests looking at slides. At the corporate office there was another skills test on paper.

I did a phone interview. They asked me the basic questions and made me feel comfortable. It took 30 mins. I remember they asked me lots of questions about interaction with co-workers.

Interview
It took 3+ week, has three phases (phone interview, then they will schedule an HR interview after that you will be scheduled to talk to the Supervisor). The interview includes skill test during HR with basic laboratory questions and color blindness test
