The first interview with was on the phone within a few days from me applying, which was pretty by-the-book and less conversational. The second interview was in person with 2 people on their team.

It's was good I just wish they told me to do the application a day before the interview I was they fit two hours for the interview still waiting on my background check

Submitted my resume, got an email response maybe 2-3 days later for a phone screening, which went very well. Interviewer was very polite and considerate, not reading from a script the whole time. 2-3 days went by and got an email for an in-person interview, which also went well. After they brought me to the freezing cold interview room, they gave me an assignment, to reply to a client and thank them for lunch. They made me wait a pretty long time and finally someone came and asked questions for about 25-30 min. then gave me a tour of the hot, smelly warehouse.

Apply with a resume and if they are interested you get a phone call for an interview. I went in one morning to interview with a manager. Interview process went well.

Very easy but thorough to make sure right person for the job. They explain every aspect of the job and don't lie to you about the job which includes and tour of the wharehouse.

Painless. If you are qualified you are hired. Immediate work if qualified. You will start seasonal until you can show you are fully responsible. Managers does interview 20 minutes tops of your time. Very direct and straight forward.

If you have a pulse you'll be hired.As long as you're not an illegal alien.99% Spanish employees. Has gotten better since I left.However still hire ex cons who don't have the best hygine.
