Pretty basic interview, contacted by HR then setup a phone interview with the Sales Manager. Went over my previous roles and how they could apply to the opening and their needs.

I received an email the same day I applied online to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was with a recruiter to review my qualifications, the job responsibilities, and the company. I received a call back the same day to schedule an in-person interview for the following week. The 1st in-person interview was with a VP, Sales Manager, and Senior Sales Account Manager. The interview took two hours and was very in-depth. Mostly behavioral questions, with a strong focus on company culture. I received a call back the following day to schedule a second interview with the Director of Sales and Customer Experience Manager. I also shadowed one of the salespeople. This interview was just over an hour. After the second interview and prior to receiving the offer, the recruiter did a very good job keeping me updated on where they were at in the hiring process.
