Partners by Design interview questions

The interview process consisted of two main interviews: 1) Phone interview with a recruiter for the company. We went of my experiences, skills and references. 2) In person interview with a senior project manager and a partner at the firm. We discussed my resume, portfolio and the general expectations of the position.
