Interview
The interview was relatively easy! You don't have to do much prep for the interview. I would suggest knowing a little bit about Panera and working in a restaurant. They ask about your experience.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
