Interview
Questions too standard, did not ask the type of questions that could shows the company is open minded and receptive. The interview was not a conversation, but a set of questions as if someone is simply checking the box. I did receive the offer, but felt that the interview process could be improved greatly. The manager of the area I work for drove the interview versus letting his team speak much.

Tell me where you see yourself in 5 years. What are your strengths, weaknesses. What gets me upset, not sure this was asked in the correct HR way, in fact this should be raised to HR.
