Interview
The process was a bit laid back at first, met a recruiter on campus then had an initial interview the next day. She emailed me a week later to schedule a video interview. The video interview was a few levels consisting of interviewing three separate individuals ending with the office manager. They asked behavioral questions and resume questions. Overall it seemed like a solid company to work for, just not my cup of tea because of the low base pay.

3 rounds of interviews, one phone, 2 zoom calls. Phone asks u why u want be in sales and understanding your drive for money. 2nd asks how you've overcome challenges, and basic questions about the company
