It was professional and focused heavily on filtering for people who agree with their harm reduction model and would be good for the job. They don’t hire for the sake of hiring, they hire people who have what I takes to do the job.

The application consisted of submitting a resume and cover letter. Whomever was shortlisted received an email within a week. In person interview was scheduled within three five days of email.
