Neither good nor bad. Interview wasn’t too technical but lots of questions about university etc. The company seemed good to work for even though they definitely expect a lot from employees.
Three stage process; firstly it was an initial chat with two designers, then it was showing work to two designers, finally it was then a consultant chat with a senior leader and a designer.

Question 1
Can you share with us a piece of work you have worked on (given 15-20mins).
HR contacted for screening, understand that I am a foreigner, I am applicable for HPI so I let them know, they said its a permanent role so I have to be able to work for >2 years, I clarified that I am applicable to work for 4 years under the HPI+youth mobility scheme where I will be getting the visa myself, then they asked what's my plan after and I said I am considering LTR with my partner, honestly a waste of time. Understand if they do not want to hire foreigners but to act like they do is questionable, why would they reach out if they know I am a foreigner... probably some equal opportunities or hiring quota nonsense, would recommend foreigners to stay away
