No phone screen. Ridiculously complicated two tiered application process that involved making a video from scratch and answering an endless amount of questions. Automated rejection email that asked me to review the process. Not only did the application have nothing to do with what the job would entail, but it also made me feel like I had to jump through hoops just to get a phone interview. I can understand a company wanting to hire computer savvy employees, but there's no need to force candidates to spend hours on an application with no tangible reward. The worst part of the entire process was meeting a few of their recruiters at a networking event and instead of making me feel welcome, I had a generic company card shoved in my hand with a generic email address and the woman said "Just email this." I don't expect anything over the top from recruiters. What I do expect is a normal level of human decency; especially during the awkward job hunting phase of life. Horrible, humiliating, time-wasting experience. Their perks might sound great, but be prepared to feel like a dancing monkey just to get through the door.
