I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Opportunity@Work (Washington, DC) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was straight forward, first it was a 30 minutes with the HR, then a 60 mins session with 4 people from multiple areas such as Product, Customer Success and Engineering. Then another 60 minutes with the CTO.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Opportunity@Work in Apr 2023
Interview
The person took the time to get to know me and I felt heard and values which was really nice. I appreciate how the person was relaxed and supportive and more of a conversation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about my experience in fundraising and donor development among many other questions. It did sound like one of the jobs that was advertised that I had applied for was "ear marked" for an existing employer but it sounded like they had to still list it publicly but sounded like they were not really considering people for that position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Opportunity@Work in Jan 2023
Interview
First, a screening interview to discuss qualifications. This call was about 30-minutes over the phone.
Second, a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager. During the interview, I received feedback that I was a great candidate and will be moving on to the next round of the interview process which is a panel interview. She also mentioned that I may be a good fit for a different open role when looking at my resume. I sent a thank you email to the hiring manager the next day after the interview and she responded that their Talent Acquisition team will be in touch soon. Later that week I sent a follow-up email to ask if there was an update on next steps. The following week, I get a generic email that I was not selected for the position.
