One Below interview questions

Waste of time I went to an interview for a position of retail assistant at a new shop in Dudley needless to say I wasn't accepted and they didn't give me a good enough reason why I wasn't accepted they pick candidates who already have retail experience and don't give those who don't have retail experience but who are willing to learn a chance, maybe they should tell you that you need retail experience and put that in the job description.

Just face to face interview . Basic questions, owner is lovely looks genuinely interested manager of the store couldn't care less, snotty and rude. I got the job though thanks to him just had to put up with her for the rest of my time
