Very detailed and through. Two separate interviews. One with the service manager and one with the general manager. Each interview focused on roles, challenges, and insights within the organization and gave a brief background about the position.

I applied directly on their site and got an interview time through AI chat. When I arrived 10 minutes early, I was shown to a dining area with several other applicants. Management hired someone a few booths down from me. I sat for another half hour (40 minutes total) before I walked out without ever speaking to a manager
