It started with a resume review, followed by a phone interview with an associate vice-president of marketing. I went through my resume in detail, which was followed by the normal 'why opnet', 'why marketing' type of questions. This was followed by another phone interview with the vice-president of marketing. This was a more intense 45 minute long interview, most of it based on my resume and questions on how I would be an asset to Opnet. I did well in this and was scheduled an interview with one of the employees in the marketing team. This interview was just to assess weather I would be a good fit in the team. Finally, I lost out to a guy who was ready to start immediately, while I wasn't.
