Interview
Heard about role via Networking group. Applied online day it was posted. Under normal circumstances, I would never have completed the online app; it was way too detailed, but since I knew about the role & the hiring manager, I did. Phone interview with HR was followed by interview with Hiring Mgr (Director), two weeks later, met with VP. One week later, met with VP of HR. Process took several months.

Several questions related to dealing with "challenging personalities." Was asked about creativity. "Tell me about a time you came up with a creative idea to drive a project."
