What kind of unethical recruitment practices are they are running? This entire process has felt like a scam, wasting candidates' time and efforts.
They call candidates for jobs, engage in negotiations, and then push for immediate documentation without ever releasing an offer letter. Expecting someone to resign from their current job without any formal assurance is downright unprofessional. It’s baffling that there management continues to operate like this.
After multiple calls and completing all required documentation, I find out that there onboarding team is still negotiating because there’s an internal budget approval process? How is that even possible? It seems like there teams can’t communicate at all, leaving candidates completely in the dark.
To make matters worse, every time I spoke to anyone from there team, I was pressured to resign due to "urgency." Yet, after clearing three rounds of interviews and submitting all necessary documents, there’s still no offer letter. There lack of professionalism is astonishing. You’re quick to reach out when you want something, but when it comes to transparency and communication, you go silent.
I’m glad I didn’t join this company, such apathetic process.
